Responsibilities
- Stocking & Shelving: Efficiently stock incoming merchandise on shelves and display racks to ensure product availability.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and rotate stock to ensure freshness and compliance with safety standards.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to provide a safe shopping environment.
- Product Presentation: Ensure all products are properly tagged, priced, and facing correctly for a professional appearance.
- Unloading Trucks: Assist in unloading delivery trucks and moving heavy boxes using appropriate equipment.
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers and assist them in locating products when necessary.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent attendance record and be punctual.
- Experience: Previous experience in stocking, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain a high standard of work.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
