Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and organize incoming stock deliveries efficiently and accurately.
- Shelf Organization: Restock shelves and display areas, ensuring products are facing forward and prices are correct.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment by organizing backroom areas.
- Stock Rotation: Monitor stock levels and rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet our high-quality standards before display.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a positive attitude is more important than experience.
- Focus: Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
