Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in a timely and efficient manner
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the store
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with overnight team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory and stock rotation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
