Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from trucks and transport it to the sales floor.
- Restock shelves, bins, and display areas according to company standards.
- Ensure proper product rotation and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM start).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to the Toledo facility.
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
