Job Summary
As an Early Morning Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is fully stocked and organized before we open our doors to the public. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done early in the day.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and unpack merchandise delivered to the store.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays according to company standards and planograms.
- Organize the stockroom and backroom to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal merchandise.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Experience in retail stocking or warehouse work is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
