Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and displays with new merchandise according to company standards and visual merchandising plans.
- Organize inventory and rotate stock to ensure products are fresh and easily accessible to customers.
- Unload deliveries, inspect merchandise for damage, and transport goods to the sales floor efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times, including the backroom and loading dock.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or damages to management immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily stocking targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM) consistently.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for handling inventory counts and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
