Responsibilities
- Merchandising & Shelving: Receive incoming inventory, unpack boxes, and organize products on shelves according to company standards.
- Stocking: Maintain accurate inventory levels by replenishing stock quickly and efficiently during morning hours.
- Store Appearance: Ensure aisles are clean, organized, and free of hazards to provide a safe shopping environment.
- Organization: Rotate stock to ensure freshness and adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Customer Support: Assist customers in locating products and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual and available for early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing inventory and organizing merchandise.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
