Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systemsManage inventory and stock displays according to visual standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Uphold store safety and cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in evening inventory counts and end-of-day procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend hours
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and cash-handling proficiency
- Reliable transportation to Peachtree Street location
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
