Responsibilities
- Receiving & Stocking: Receive incoming shipments and stock merchandise onto shelves or pallets using provided equipment (carts, pallet jacks).
- Inventory Management: Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and adhere to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory standards.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse and sales floor organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods for damages and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate heavy machinery and equipment as trained.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the morning shift team to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Basic Math: Strong skills in basic arithmetic for price checks and inventory counts.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot misplaced items and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid government-issued ID and eligibility to work in the US.
