Responsibilities
- Unload and Process Deliveries: Safely unload merchandise from trucks and transport it to the appropriate storage areas.
- Stock Shelves Efficiently: Organize products on shelves, ensuring correct pricing, rotation, and visual appeal.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Merchandising: Set up promotional displays and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Cycle Counting: Participate in regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for organization and accuracy in stocking tasks.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or warehouse stocking is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
