Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock merchandise onto shelves and racks efficiently and accurately.
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and compliance with safety standards.
- Organize the backroom storage area to maximize workflow and safety.
- Monitor product levels and alert management when stock is running low.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace throughout the store.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts (early risers preferred).
- Basic reading and math skills for price checks and scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on various surfaces.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
