Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and displays with new merchandise according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Organize inventory in the backroom and warehouse to ensure efficient retrieval and storage.
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of the sales floor and break areas.
- Assist in price changes and inventory counts (stock takes) as required.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized environment for all customers.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the Minneapolis location.
- Basic math skills for price checking and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
