Responsibilities
- Stocking & Organization: Efficiently stock merchandise on shelves, ensuring accurate pricing and visual appeal according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in the receiving and unloading of delivery trucks in a timely manner.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment by dusting shelves, cleaning spills, and organizing the sales floor.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and assist in locating products to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Backroom Operations: Keep the stockroom organized and accessible, ensuring merchandise is ready for the sales floor.
- Loss Prevention: Adhere to all security policies to prevent theft and maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Punctuality: Ability to arrive on time for early morning shifts (5:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of consistent attendance and dependability.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
