Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves, racks, and display cases to ensure full inventory availability.
- Organize stockrooms and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Monitor product quality and report any damaged or out-of-stock items.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily operational goals.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are required.
- Previous experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Basic math skills for price checks and inventory counts.
