Responsibilities
- Unload incoming merchandise from delivery trucks and transport it safely to the storage areas.
- Stock shelves and display units with new products to ensure high availability and attractive presentation.
- Organize and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockrooms are clean, organized, and adhere to safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available for early morning shifts (5:00 AM start time).
- Basic math skills for scanning, pricing, and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk continuously throughout the shift.
