Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided POS systems with precision and efficiency
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments using provided equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean checkout area
- Operate barcode scanners, cash registers, and other provided retail technology
- Assist with inventory management using company-provided handheld devices
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly using provided communication tools
- Follow all cash handling protocols with company-provided safes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math proficiency with provided calculators
- Ability to learn POS systems quickly with company training
- Strong customer service orientation
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage location
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided anti-fatigue mats
- Positive attitude and team collaboration skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
