As a key part of our operations, you'll work independently during early morning hours (typically 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM) to prepare our store for the day ahead. Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the stockroom
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock levels
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct basic inventory checks and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (starts as early as 4:00 AM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to 789 Merchandise Way
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adjust hours during peak seasons
