Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Stock shelves and display areas with new merchandise, maintaining organization and visual appeal.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas remain clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in the setup of seasonal displays and promotional material.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tasks.
- Reliable transportation and proven history of punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
