Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise on shelves and racks to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Organize and rotate stock to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Unload delivery trucks and move heavy freight using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Ensure the sales floor and backroom are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with price changes, inventory audits, and general warehouse maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
