Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display cases to ensure maximum product visibility and availability.
- Rotate stock regularly to adhere to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management practices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout your shift.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering basic inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning items and handling cash.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality record.
- Willingness to complete on-site training programs.
