Responsibilities
- Unload and inspect incoming freight with precision and speed to ensure quality control.
- Organize, label, and stock inventory in designated zones according to strict safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times to prevent accidents.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Basic math skills for inventory organization and pricing.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
