Responsibilities
- Restock Shelves: Efficiently replenish merchandise and organize product displays to meet company standards.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily stock checks and rotate products to ensure freshness and accuracy.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and safe for customers and staff.
- Opening Procedures: Assist with early morning setup tasks, including setting up signage and arranging displays.
- Customer Support: Help customers locate items and provide exceptional service when needed.
- Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean and orderly stockroom to facilitate efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Experience: Previous retail or stocking experience is a plus but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of visual presentation.
