Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Unloading trucks and receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Stocking shelves and display areas to maintain a neat and organized store appearance.
- Rotating stock to ensure older products are sold first, minimizing waste.
- Performing price checks and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Assisting with visual merchandising and keeping the sales floor clean and presentable.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during early morning hours.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic math skills for price checks and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Unloading incoming merchandise and transporting it to the sales floor.
- Stocking shelves, coolers, and storage areas according to company standards.
- Rotating inventory to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Assisting with price tagging and label accuracy.
- Operating handheld scanners and inventory management software.
- Communicating with management regarding stock levels and potential shortages.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts starting at 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy boxes and stock.
- Strong reliability and punctuality record.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid state ID or driver's license.
