Responsibilities
- Merchandising: Restock shelves, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and maintain a clean, organized appearance for all products.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and unboxing shipments, checking for damaged goods, and verifying stock levels.
- Organization: Straighten and arrange items according to visual standards and safety guidelines.
- Customer Support: Answer questions regarding product locations and assist customers in finding what they need.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the backroom and sales floor clean and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Schedule: Availability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Reliability: A consistent work history and punctuality are essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, stocking, or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail.
