Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and merchandise incoming inventory with precision
- Stock shelves overnight to ensure full displays for morning customers
- Rotate stock following FIFO principles to maintain freshness
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain efficient workflow
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts
- Basic inventory software knowledge (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
