Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments in the early morning shift (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Organize and rotate inventory according to FIFO standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Execute visual merchandising directives to maximize product visibility
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Report inventory discrepancies and stock levels to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols during stocking operations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for early morning shifts (4 AM start)
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
