Responsibilities
- Strategically stock, organize, and rotate premium merchandise across high-end retail environments
- Execute inventory audits with precision, maintaining 99.8% accuracy standards
- Operate advanced inventory management systems and RF scanning technology
- Collaborate with overnight logistics teams to optimize receiving and stocking workflows
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
- Train and mentor junior staff on inventory best practices
- Contribute to loss prevention protocols through meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume retail or warehouse stocking
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- RF scanning certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Exceptional time management with demonstrated early-morning reliability
- Valid DC driver's license with clean record (for inter-location transfers)
- OSHA safety training certification preferred
