- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate inventory management systems to track stock levels and replenishment needs

- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows and productivity
- Adhere to safety protocols when handling heavy merchandise and operating equipment
- Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments and report discrepancies
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable early morning availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience with pallet jacks or forklift operation preferred
