Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves and organize merchandise before store opening
- Manage inventory rotation and maintain stockroom organization
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention standards
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Train junior staff on stocking procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year stocking or warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM shifts
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
