Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in premium retail environments before store opening
- Manage inventory rotation using FIFO principles to ensure freshness and accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and proficiently
- Maintain pristine store conditions through systematic cleaning and arrangement of displays
- Collaborate with overnight teams to optimize stocking workflows and productivity
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with precision
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards for all stocking activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume retail or warehouse stocking
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts consistently
