Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock, organize, and rotate inventory in assigned departments
- Operate powered pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Execute nightly restocking plans with precision and speed
- Maintain impeccable store cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with overnight team leaders to optimize workflows
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Support visual merchandising initiatives during stocking operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or warehouse stocking experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Valid Texas driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Basic proficiency with inventory software systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for 4:00 AM start times
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
