Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise overnight (4 AM - 12 PM shifts)
- Execute inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize store layout and displays
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Operate inventory equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) with precision
- Assist in receiving shipments and verifying inventory accuracy
- Support store opening procedures by ensuring product readiness
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
