Responsibilities
- Unload and process inbound shipments efficiently
- Stock merchandise according to planogram standards
- Organize and maintain inventory in stockroom areas
- Execute inventory counts and cycle counts accurately
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Ensure safety compliance in all stocking activities
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Support floor stocking during peak business hours
Qualifications
- Previous stocking/inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable early morning availability (3 AM-11 AM)
- Basic math and inventory tracking knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid state ID and clean background check
- Proficient with basic inventory software
