Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise from delivery trucks with precision
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas following merchandising guidelines
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and optimal inventory turnover
- Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor cleanliness standards
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets and store opening procedures
- Safely operate pallet jacks and maintain equipment safety protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM) consistently
- Previous stocking/warehouse or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and pricing
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
