Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in assigned departments
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store shelves
- Operate inventory management systems and conduct stock counts
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless inventory transitions
- Adhere to safety protocols and merchandising standards
- Assist with receiving and processing deliveries
- Support store opening procedures and readiness
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking abilities
- Reliable transportation to store location
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
