Responsibilities
- Unload and Process Freight: Safely unload delivery trucks and transport goods to the appropriate storage areas using provided equipment.
- Stock Organization: Organize stock on shelves and racks to ensure maximum accessibility and inventory accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic inspections and cleaning of provided equipment (forklifts, dollies) before and after shifts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Identify and separate damaged or defective products for returns.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or stocking experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to organize and maintain a neat workspace.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred.
