Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments using provided pallet jacks and carts
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO practices
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate inventory scanning systems for accurate stock tracking
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store preparation
- Report equipment maintenance needs immediately to supervisor
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 4+ hours
- Reliable transportation for 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM shifts
- Basic inventory management or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable operating provided equipment (pallet jacks, scanners)
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
