Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves and displays according to planogram standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO principles
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom environments
- Operate inventory management systems and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous stocker or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Early availability (shifts start 3:00 AM - 5:00 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (if operating equipment)
