Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the warehouse and sales floor
- Operate provided equipment including pallet jacks and rolling ladders safely
- Rotate stock according to FIFO principles to maintain freshness
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas throughout shifts
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless inventory management
- Adhere to safety protocols when handling heavy/large items
- Report maintenance issues with equipment promptly
Qualifications
- Reliable early morning availability (shifts typically 4am-10am)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper equipment use
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and rotation
- Strong attention to detail in organization tasks
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation training
- Ability to work independently while following team schedules
