Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks using provided equipment
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Operate pallet jacks, box cutters, and inventory scanners (equipment provided)
- Rotate stock and maintain FIFO inventory practices
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store opening
- Conduct basic price tagging and signage updates
- Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Reliable early morning availability (4:00 AM start time)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided equipment assistance
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Previous stocker or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid state ID for equipment operation certification
