Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves and display areas with new merchandise
- Operate provided equipment (pallet jacks, ladders, scanners)
- Maintain organized inventory and stock rotation systems
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize store readiness
- Adhere to safety protocols and merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory counts and product placement
- Support store opening procedures and readiness checks
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged standing
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail in stocking and organization
