Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves, displays, and storage areas using company-provided equipment
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe work environments following OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (carts, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks as assigned
- Uphold company standards for product presentation and merchandising
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shift consistently
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous stocking/warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
