Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments using provided equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram standards
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Safely operate and maintain provided material handling equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Reliable early morning availability (4 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to operate hand trucks/pallet jacks (training provided)
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing
- Attention to detail in stocking and organization
- Team-oriented communication skills
