Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise efficiently in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, display cases, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate stock using FIFO principles to ensure freshness
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow
- Set up promotional displays and signage as directed
Qualifications
- Ability to start work at 4:00 AM consistently
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
