Responsibilities
- Receiving & Unloading: Safely receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks.
- Inventory Management: Check incoming stock for damages and discrepancies against packing lists.
- Organization: Stock shelves and display cases following company planograms and safety standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Customer Service: Assist customers in finding products and ensuring a well-stocked shopping experience.
- Reporting: Assist with inventory counts and report any stock shortages or damages immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills required for price checks and inventory accuracy.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, reliable, and able to pass a background check.
