Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and transport it safely to the sales floor.
- Stock shelves, racks, and display cases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize the backroom and warehouse to maintain a safe, clean, and productive environment.
- Ensure all products are priced correctly and facing is maintained for a professional appearance.
- Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of the sales floor and stockroom areas.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and returns processing.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
- Basic math skills for price checks and inventory management.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled retail environment.
