Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in stockrooms and display areas
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and stock rotation (FIFO method)
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment efficiently
- Communicate stock discrepancies to department leads promptly
- Assist with price marking and promotional displays
- Adhere to all food safety and OSHA compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts consistently
- Previous stocking/warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid California driver's license (for deliveries)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
