Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas following inventory control protocols
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and comply with FIFO principles
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas and sales floors
- Collaborate with overnight team to coordinate stocking priorities and promotions
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Passion for maintaining store standards and visual merchandising
