Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorset resets and promotional displays
- Manage inventory control through cycle counts and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and store cleanliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic office software
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling aptitude
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours and lifting up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
