Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming inventory during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Ensure accurate stocking of all departments following planogram standards
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as assigned
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Reliable early morning availability (4:00 AM start time)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
